Minimum of 10 years of law
enforcement experience with a federal agency or major state/local law
enforcement department.

their methods of operations and the extent of their criminal influence and
scope; make recommendations for intelligence and data collection strategies.

techniques, statistical analysis and time series analysis to view, evaluate
and draw conclusions regarding patterns of crime.
